Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to Google TMFL, "Triple Minutes For Life". Your beef is with Tracfone, you'll have to complain to them that they told you the incorrect information. Your only satisfaction will likely be a possible refund from Tracfone if you return the phone. The "Triple Minutes For Life" feature was phased out in April, 2017. If anyone in Tracfone told you after this period they were wrong or perhaps Tracfone had old stock they were selling directly (not though vendors like Best Buy) that still had the TMFL. I had TMFL on my previous non-smart phone but knew when I bought the new Samsung smart phone that feature was NOT present and NOT transferable from my old phone. If your new Tracfone had TMFL, it would have been featured all over the packaging, it's a great feature but unfortunately, no longer offered by Tracfone. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but if you want to hold a seller's feet to the fire, you need to have your "almost too good to be true" offer in writing.
