“Can you use Tracfone's basic phone airtime cards (60 mins for talk, text and web, and 90 service days) to use this phone? Or can will this phone only accept "smartphone only" plans? I am little confused based on the packaging when it says $15/month.”

Yes you can use all available Tracfone cards with this phone. The only kicker is that you don't get triple minutes with it.

Please try again later.I have a trac lg rebel smartphone prepaid. the regular prepaid minute cards work exactly the same as the prepaid smart phone cards. split minutes for data, talk n text which is irritating because when you run out of data or talk or text it will not allow "borrowing or use" of your available time left on the other ones. I have like 1400 text time, but out of calling time.. it will not allow usage of my text time for calling or data..

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should be able to. I typically use the smart phone plans - $5 for 1000 texts or $10 for more data when I run out. I rarely run out of talk time minutes.
