“I have a data plan on this phone, yet I can' t access data when I'm not connected to wifi. How do I solve this problem?”

• I had the same issue. Contacted Samsung but after 45 mins of trouble shooting they referred me to Tracfone. I contacted their help line and they were able to fix the issue. It took numerous tranfers, multiple re-boots and 3 call backs but now everything work fine. Good luck

• If your phone is trying to find a wifi connection and can't, it doesn't necessarily switch to 4G so you can try to manually switch off your wifi which will make your phone use 4G.
