To use the phone in another country you would need a SIM card and service from a carrier in that country. But the phone would require unlocking by Tracfone. A:AnswerI'm still struggling to get mine to transfer.. Tracfone's web site is down, their help desk (phone line) is also down. I wish i had chosen a different vendor. I can't even get the website to accept a $20 Tracfone card!
