Q: QuestionCan you put minutes on the phone but use it on WiFi for texting and browsing apps and it not use your minutes when on WiFi? Do minutes expire?

- A:Answer Hi. This is Mae from TracFone Wireless. Yes. You can always put minutes on your phone even if you'll connect to your Wi-Fi. Just make sure you turn off the Mobile Data. Browsing using Wi-Fi will not deduct your minutes. It will expire if your account no longer have service days on it.

Q: QuestionWill I be able to keep my same phone number? I don't want to loose my 20+ years of having this number. I have an old triple minute TracFone and I was able to keep my number from AT&T. I read that some people had to get new numbers in the review section.

- A:Answer $19 is the price on the phone. If you want a 60 min basic phone plan its $19.99 and that keeps the phone running for 90 service days. Then at 90 days either add more mins or the phone will release your phone number to someone else. Then when u buy more mins you will get a new phone number
