Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you purchase a Tracphone it will have a SIM card installed. A new Tracphone will require the purchase of a minutes card to activate the phone. Once the phone is activated you will use those minutes to operate the phone. If you purchase an unlocked smartphone and it is not a Tracphone you will probably have to purchase and install a SIM card in order to activate and use that phone on the Tracphone system.
