QuestionI recently purchased a brand new Tracfone Smartphone 500MB card for my new phone. It suppose to have 200 minutes and 500 texts. When my phone activated, it show less than 100 text. Was I being cheated?

- Answer Go to www.tracfone.com, click "Refill/Add", choose "Refill", enter your cell number, enter your 15-number pin; and keep your cell on. In a little while, the additional service days, minutes, text message, and data will be added to your cell. You can also call 800-867-7183 to refill your cell.

QuestionI recently moved over 5000 minutes from my older non smartphone to a new smartphone tracfone. Can I purchase the regular older (non smartphone) 365 day 400 minutes card and add the additional minutes and days to the ones transferred to my new smartphone

- Answer Yes just put sim card and account info in New phone and transfer you can do online very easy but after you register new phone etc it might take up to 24 hours for new phone to receive the info

QuestionI just ordered a tracfone with triple minutes for life. It is an LG306G. I don't think it is a smartphone. Will I still get the triple minutes for life? I am confused about the recent change it seems you may have made to 2x and 3x minutes.
