• NO if you have a previous tracpfone the company tracphone will transfer whatever minutes you have from your previous tracphone to your new tracfone otherwise you have to buy the card to put minutes on this phone

• When you order this SMART PHONE from Tracfone they only offer the SMART PHONE plans and they specifically state in print "The values on this plan do not triple"
