Minutes on my basic phone do not expire. Service time does. Best value is usually 60 minute, 90 day card for $19.99. 60 min becomes 120 with double minutes, plus promo cod offers up to 60 bonus min. I just purchased 5 of these cards online, used a bonus 60 promo code and got 450 service days, 300 units plus 360 bonus.
