Iirc, they're 'real' cards, but may not have the same holo pattern/set stamps as they would had you pulled them from a pack. I.e., they might have a promo stamp, and not be holographic. In addition, it sounds like they have a unique card back - this might be why they are not 'tournament legal'. Still a good collectors item, and if you're looking to up your TCG game, could be great to 'spar' against or to use to learn advanced play. You just won't be able to take it to enter into your local competitions.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah, they're recreations. Not tournament legal but some small leagues should be ok with these if they allow proxies. Rotation has happened though so the deck as a whole is no longer Standard format but playable in Expanded format. They're great for playing with friends
