They never answered me and have since changed the picture to show 1 probe block instead of the 4 probe/block. I ended up buying the 2 probe pro duo block (not from Best Buy site). Not really impressed. You have to use both WiFi and Bluetooth. The block is bluetoothed to the probe and towards the end of me cooking a 16lbs turkey in a Big Easy ouless fryer, the probe(s) kept losing connection, not showing me temps. Very frustrating to deal with. The probes were literally 5 feet away from the block with only a sliding glass door between them and the block. I hope they do ok when I put them into an enclosed oven.

If you order one and contact them to let them know they sent the wrong thing (one probe) they will just advise you to return it, and reorder it, which results in them sending another single probe.
