Thank you for your question. The dimensions of the shipping box are 41" L x 24" W x 22" H (104 cm L x 61 cm W x 56 cm H). Once unpacked, the assembled dimensions of the Traeger Pro Series 22 Pellet Grill and Smoker are 41" L x 27" W x 49" H (1045 mm L x 685 mm W x 1258 mm H). As for setup, the grill comes mostly pre-assembled, but some minor assembly is required, such as attaching the legs and the hopper.
