“What is the maximum oven temperature for this pan? In the description at the top it says 500 degrees, but in the specifications section it says 350 degrees.”

Tramontina 12" Round Fry Pan - Silver is Oven-safe up to 500°F. Other covered pans of the same line with glass lids are oven safe up to 350°F, because of the glass lid. Please do not hesitate to contact us at help.tusa@tramontina.com.
