• The handles are cast with the pot, therefore we do recommend the use of mitts while handling the pans, especially in the oven. The knob will not get that hot while in the cooktop however we always ask for use of protection because of the temperature and also the steam that comes out of the poor when you open it. thank you for the inquiry.
