A:AnswerUnfortunately no. Anytime you're installing a new product into your hardware it will always go through the Administer account for permission and approval. You're gonna have to reset your administrator account. Microsoft made an Administrator Password resetter device that either comes in as a CD or a USB Drive which you would have to purchase but it will definitely solve your issue
