• Because you have downloaded it to your files then upload it your digital library its different that having the physical cd rom to have just put in and boom done it has few more steps

• With mine, they sent it to my email! I just followed the prompts from there.

• Check the existing email on your best buy account if not give them a call.

• You have to do it through the email instructions. It list serial number and download link on original emails :)
