“I bought a Lenovo chromebook 10 months ago and my trendmicro internet security subscription expired after 6 months. How do I renew it. I keep trying best buy on Cicero in Chicago and keep getting answering machine? Can I renew it directly from trend?”

TRENDMICRO usually notifies before it expires to renew it. You will need to contact TRENDMICRO, BESTBUY will not help. I know this, it happened to me.

You should have received either a notification from the Chromebook extension or an email from Best Buy with the renewal link. You can also contact Geek Squad support and they can help you renew.
