I tried canceling but it connected me to an agent who “illegally tried to get me to keep it”. Go through the steps, unfortunately BB condones this sort of consumer fraud!

I believe you can open Trend Micro and cancel or give them a call.

Go into your account and there should be a place where you can cancel your subscription.

Contact them at the number that you have for the bill. If that's not possible contact the place you purchase and they should be able to help you with contact information.
