• That is from Microsoft. XP is no longer supported and is very prone to hacking. I would strongly suggest an upgrade.

• Micro soft hasn't supported XP for quite a while. Give it up and go to 10

• Service Pack 3 for Windows XP is a set of updates released by Microsoft. You should be able to find them through Microsoft's website.
