“No disk in box? I bought trend micro maximum 10 for 3 devices. There was supposed to be a disk in the box. How do I put it on my computer?”

• I already had last years version of Trend Micro on all my computers but my subscription had expired. I purchased the latest version and downloaded the program onto my primary computer with no problems using the serial code on the card provided. However, I have not been able to download to my secondary laptop as I have in the past. If you had a previous version there is a spot to enter the new serial number when you open the program. If TM is a new program you must go to their website to enter the serial and download program.

• I bought the same but it says no disk in box. Go into website, download install, enter serial number (that was in the box), follow instructions and the install should complete.

• There is not supposed to be a disc in the box. There should be a card in the box with instructions on how to download from the Trend-Micro site and the card will also have the serial number to activate the software. 01-04-2016

• they usually provide you with a code so you can put that in. If it doesn't have a disc then probably go back and tell them.

• Check the inside of the box; you will see a website where you can download Trend Micro Maximum Security 10 to install it on your computer.
