yes. When you buy the box, the only thing inside is a booklet that tells you go to the website.

Please try again later.Yes, it is a bit odd, but the reason this is with new security software, a CD is no longer a requirement and/or is not applicable with most PCs, making the security key a more favorable option. All you do is go online and start the installation process after typing in the website in your browser, at which point it will prompt you to enter the security key. Hope this helps!
