What about grease popping while cooking meats? null

Grease from meat does pop and splatter while cooking. Things you can do are turn the temperature down a little, or move the meat away from the edges while cooking. Also, keep the grill away from other objects. Anything close will get splatter. All that said, I love this griddle/grill
