Hi there! That is a great question, our free delivery service included with your purchase is through FedEx Ground and doesn't include removal services. Alternatively, we do offer in-home mattress setup and old mattress haul away through our delivery partners at RXO Logistics. You can select this option at checkout for a non-refundable fee of $150.
