“Can I print a copy of the forms and worksheets as well as file free with the delux turbo tax”

• Didn’t file free. I purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe and Best Buy sent a key code to set up account to enter tax returns. At the end before I printed results software tried to charge me an additional $39. Got on chat that resulted in a phone call and lady was rude and frustrated because she didn’t know how to fix. After 45 minutes trying this and that she basically told me I’m not smart enough to follow her instructions.
