• TurboTax Deluxe 2022 Federal + E-file and State Disc/CD can either be installed via the disc or downloaded from the TurboTax website if you do not have a disc drive. But keep in mind, you can't use both the CD and the download. You must use one or the other. Please see the article titled "I bought the CD, but my computer doesn't have a CD drive" on our TurboTax Community page for more information on this subject.
