TurboTax Home & Business 2023 Federal and State Tax Return allows you to prepare and print unlimited federal tax returns, and e-file up to five at no charge per IRS regulations. You can e-file up to three states per federal return for $25 per state return, but you can prepare and paper-file as many states as you want.
