• Yes. You can do up to 6 Fed Returns and one State. I do my son's taxes from another State and have ti pay TT fir the second State.

• You sure can. With TurboTax Home & Business Desktop, you will be able to file as many returns as you need all under the same Intuit account, however, only 5 of them can be e-filed per IRS regulation.
