• You can do 5 tax returns and file electronically after that you can do them but they have to be mailed. And it has to be same state additional states cost one free state down load suggest you use that for yourself before helping others.

• Yes, I chose to order the CD instead of downloading the software. I prepare taxes for 4 different households and e-file federal returns on all. We usually mail state returns because we always owe money, so i'm not sure if you can e-file more than 1 state return.

• You get a CD for the installation software. The actual up todate program is downloaded from the Internet. There is no limit on how many tax returns you can do but there is a limit of 5 for e-filing. You are also limited to only 1 State income tax software but also no limit on tax filings.
