“I recently got this and it works fine like When i play on my PS4 I can hear the People and I can hear the gameplay itself but when I speak on the mic they can't hear me and my volume is all the way up what do I do ?”

• Are you using the USB adapter? I had same problem then used the USB and now works perfectly

• Yes i know because my son is always screaminging in his head set so other people can hear him.

• There is a mute on/off switch on that same toggle where the volume can be increased or decreased. Make sure the mute is not on.

• Make sure the mute mic button iant flipped on and the mic is all the way plugged in on the left side sometimes you need to give it a qaurter turn

• Unmute the mic on the headphones or on the PS4 in your party, check the mic settings
