What is the difference between the 520 and 520p null

I believe you are referring to the 500P vs the 520 ...the only difference is the super human hearing mode ...I don't use that mode much but it's cool to have in FPS

Turtle Beach does not sell a 520P so I'm not sure where you got this model number from. The model 520 was made to work with the Sony PS3 and PS4
