QuestionWhy is it not available, it's May 22?It keeps giving me an error message when trying to add these to my cart. I also called my local store and they aren't even showing it in their computer inventory screens. Did TB delay these or something?

- Answer It's out in stores, purchased mine a few weeks ago from local Portland, Or store. I had gotten the last one when I was there. It may be that your local bestbuy is out of them or that they don't have the right sku information on file? Would recommend just stopping into one to see what's going on.

- Answer If I understand you right, "to program" you mean by setting sound modes, you need to download turtle beach program for you computer, weather it's windows or mac. After you connect both docking station and headphones you will be able to program it.

QuestionPS4 controller cord?Does this require the 2.5mm to 3.5mm cord from the PS4 controller to the headset, or is it fully wireless via bluetooth?

- Answer It is fully wireless via transmitter/charging stand. It will connect to the PS3 via bluetooth, not the PS4. There is a USB connection that goes from the PS4 to the charging stand/transmitter that powers the transmitter and makes it wireless, kinda like the USB dongle for the Playstation Gold Headset.

QuestionCan the Turtle Beach Elite 800 connect with a Mac OS X/PC only using the Bluetooth feature? I am well aware that the headset will connect with iPhone and Samsung phones, but I haven't been successful in connecting the headset via Bluetooth to a Mac/PC.

- Answer Yes it works with Mac OS and PC. You have to put the headset in pairing mode by pressing and holding the bluetooth button on the headset, then you should be able to find it in your computer.

- Answer Yes it can, but you will need to have an optical out port on your pc to really benefit from their full potential
