QuestionCan you adjust the mix between the game and chat audio when using on a PS4?

- Answer Yes you can adjust the game and chat audio, but beware you have to download the turtle beach app on your phone and to me I feel like it does not change very much when you slide it more to game or more to chat. I hope this is something turtle beach will look into and fix with just simple firmware update but who really knows. My PS4 gold headset does better job at letting you adjust that then this one does. Hope this helps.

- Answer For the PS4 remote controller, it can plug right into your controller or the superamp. I’m not sure about the Xbox, but if the remote is similar to the PS4, than yes it does.

QuestionWill the black ps4 version of the Turtle Beach Elite Pro 2 with SuperAmp work the same on the Xbox One?

- Answer Yes and no. The ps4 version processes surround sound in the super amp and sends it out to the headset, while PC and xbox has a built in surround sound processor on the system itself. Basically both of them have a usb port, ports to go to the headset, and an aux out port but the ps4 version adds in an optical port.
