- Answer I would think you would need to contact Turtle Beach customer service and ask them for replacement parts! I have dealt with them before and they are pretty helpful!

- Answer Not 100% sure what the controller is like for it but this headset operates with the standard headphone jack (like what goes into a phone). So hopefully that helps.
