• All of those are actually software based. Since they are all surround sound protocols, the only way that you will enjoy the TRUE BILLS of them is by having actual speakers to be placed in different locations. With that being said the answer to the question about these headphones is both yes and no. Yes because as long as you get the software packages they they will do their best to trick your ears with only the 2 speakers available. No because DTS and Atmos are only available when you pay an extra fee for the aforementioned software. Usually Dolby digital is a free option but I use Xbox so it is not really available because Microsoft wants you to use their own protocol that is called Windows Sonic.
