Not at all! I had a pair for years, and when they finally broke I tried a few other headsets. Ended up returning 3 sets of more expensive new premium wireless headsets and buying a refurbished pair of these because they have the clearest sounding mic of all of them. So high quality sound for the wearer and the highest quality sound for your friends if you play or chat with others in my experience.

Yes. They are terrible. My skull candy ear phones are way better. I can't find a stupid setting on these I like. They hold a charge fine but the sound for 7.1 sucks.
