This Turtle Beach product is a true wireless headset that is comfortable to wear for long periods of game play ... the sound is great for gaming and if you also use your XB1 to play media served from online streaming like Netflix, Hulu or your TV Cable box, it makes a great wireless headset for a quieter listening experience. I prefer this model over TB newest model that in its class the 420X !

After reading the reviews and talking with some friends I decided to buy these. They where everything I hoped they would. With a new baby the headphones let me play the games as loud as I want.

For a $200+ product, you should expect something like a Bose or a Sennheiser. You won't get that. It has good features and I find (although many reviewers don't) the interface on the headphones to be easy to use, my problem is that the sound quality still isn't what it should be for this level and it's EXTREMELY uncomfortable. It feels cheap. It feels like a fisher price toy, which is absurd for something of this level. I don't think I'm going to buy Turtle Beach again.

I bought the refurbished Ear Force Stealth 500X Wireless Surround Sound 7.1 Gaming Headset for Xbox One as a last resort since the wired headset with adapter for Xbox 360, worked fairly well. This was a much better experience. Although I was hesitant to purchase a refurbished item, I've had no complaints. I've had them for about a month now, and I'm glad I purchased them.

It works exactly as advertised. The presest and surround functions are a bit confusing to adjust but once you use the turtle beach app and liad all the presets fir your specific games it's awesome. It does lack in the bass dept if thats your need. But its great overall

The headset i bought was refurbished, it worked great connected to my xbox one all the different sound settings were great but when i tried using the headset with my phone and another portable device sound only came from one side. trying multiple devices and cords it never worked correctly so sadly had to send it back im currently still waiting on a refund.

The Headphone for the price is no a bad deal (refurbished). Sound cancelation Multiple settings Decent bass and treble The flaw is quality and design build... It looks like it can break at any moment, get a warranty

I purchased these headphones on July 15th and it’s october now and they do not work! Wasted my money and I’m upset! I hope all wireless headphones aren’t like these or I’m going back to wired ones

Great headset for the price. I would definitely recommend these to a friend.

I was replacing the exact set of headphones for my son. These were remanufactured and offered by Best Buy. I received them only to find the audio cuts in and out at random. The exchange program for eBay is a joke. They have these headphones listed on eBay but cannot offer a replacement because their "system" won't allow them to. They say the only thing you can do is go to a store. Obviously they do not stock these in a store and said it would be at least a week before they could have a replacement. Good thing I don't live in a rural area and had to drive 50 miles or more to get to a store! In the midst of replacing them through their online system, another employee barged in to use the computer the associate who was helping me was using and ended up processing it as a refund to my bank account. She was unapologetic and rude. The associate who was helping me was very embarrassed and apologized for her. I will never shop at Best Buy again. And that's a fact.

Hubby loves these headphones.. He uses them daily..

The battery life is not the greatest. The sound not great!

I received mine in the mail about a week ago and they are fantastic. They have a great sound and battery life. They are lightweight and comfortable.

I had received this headset for Christmas with a 2 year Geek Squad Warranty and so far everything works great! It arrives fresh from the Turtle Beach factory which was great to see. It arrived in amazing condition, I was honestly shocked. The cosmetic condition was absolutely flawless. Everything was neatly packaged too. By the way, it works like a charm. I have completed several games thus far of receiving this headset and it's been great! I honestly believe the poor reviews are folks who got a 1 in a million bad product, or they are just here to leave a bad review. I'm a REAL customer and giving you advice from REAL experience. Do not hesitate on buying this because of the Refurbished tag. Get the Geek Squad warranty for a peace of mind, and enjoy. Game on.
