• Yes it works with a PC, but it does need an adapter and does NOT come with one.

• This headset can be used with PC's that are equipped with a single headset jack (one jack that handles both audio and microphone capabilities). If your PC has separate jacks for Audio and Microphone purposes, you would need an additional cable known as a PC splitter cable.
