- Answer Two headsets can be used on the same console, but both headsets will play the same game audio. Each player will need to log into Xbox LIVE chat separately. Each player will need his/her own Xbox controller. Microsoft has disabled any kind of "local console chat", or chat between two headsets on the same console. To summarize: - Both players can log into Xbox LIVE using their own individual gamertags, which will allow each player to communicate with others online. - However, two players on the same console cannot communicate with one another.

It is also equipped with a new microphone boom that improves clarity and integrates in to the headset itself when turned in to the mute position. - Answer The Xbox version will only work with Xbox consoles or PCs with the Xbox adapter due to the method in which it connects to wireless. It uses the same method as the wireless controllers.

QuestionSizing. I own the first generation turtle beach headset 600 stealth and the same part on the head set keeps breaking.. would love to upgrade to this model but concerned about default head sizing .. the band is to small for my 7 year old.

- Answer The Stealth 600 GEN 2 headsets for Xbox and PlayStation do not offer any sort of Bluetooth compatibility. The Stealth 700 GEN 2 headsets for Xbox and PlayStation would be equipped with Bluetooth compatibility for use with smartphones and tablets.

- Answer This headset does not require any sort of adapter to be used with an Xbox console (Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S). You would only need an additional adapter if you were planning to use this headset with a PC. That adapter would be known as Microsoft's Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10.

- Answer The Stealth 600 GEN 2 would be compatible with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. The headset pairs to both consoles without the need of a transmitter, via the "Connect" button on the headset and the console itself. The headset will come with pairing instructions within its packaging.

Best Buy offers their own, separate, third party extended warranty that you can purchase from them. In other words, we (Turtle Beach) have you covered for a period of on year. An additional warranty from Best Buy would have you covered (by Best Buy) following the expiration of our (Turtle Beach's) warranty.

QuestionThe headset has no damage, it has been on the provided charger for hours and has no response. Hard resetting doesn't work, I have tried while it's charging and when it's off the charger. It will not turn on and has no response to any buttons.

- Answer The original Stealth 600 GEN 2 for Xbox and Xbox Series X|S uses Xbox Wireless to pair directly to the Xbox consoles without the need for any sort of transmitter or adapter. An extra adapter from Microsoft would be required if you choose to use the headset on a Windows PC. That adapter is known as the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10.
