• Our headsets automatically come with a one year warranty, which is handled by our support team. Best Buy offers their own, separate, third party extended warranty that you can purchase from them. In other words, we (Turtle Beach) have you covered for a period of on year. An additional warranty from Best Buy would have you covered (by Best Buy) following the expiration of our (Turtle Beach's) warranty.
