QuestionI can’t keep the toggle (transmitter) and the headset to stay connected to each other I paired them once and worked moved the transmitter to a different USB on the PS4 and it won’t reconnect now. Help!!

- Answer I just plug mine in with extension chord so it can reach my head. I try to make sure and charge it every evening. Otherwise I would have bought wired.

- Answer Had the same issue. In my case had a solid red light on it and had to hatd reset it. Hold the sink and mode button for 30 sec.

- Answer There is not a audio port on the Stealth 600 gen 2. The only port the Stealth 600 has is a type C port for charging. Although I am not sure of a Aux adapter for type c would transfer to audio for your elgato. I hope this helps.

- Answer Mac/Apple is very finicky with what programs are compatible with its software. You might have to do some research on which wireless headsets works the best with Mac.

- Answer Cannot use it on your phone. The blu tooth Xbox uses it different.
