Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The bottom dial is for your voice (feedback to help you from yelling in your house) it does have a voice optimization setting(3of4). Also if you are like me and have bad hearing, if u just tap the power button you will turn on a double the volume mode. These are great for the price just make sure to set ur system to max volume or you’re just wasting your time with any headset
