I purchased this recently and the volume controls no longer work. Do I have to update the firmware or is there a workaround? I’ve seen this complaint on the Internet a lot, but no resolution other than to get a new headset. :/ null

It may have to do with the in game settings. I personally haven’t had an issue with the volume controls. How long have you had the headphones for?
