No pass-through, but it does have mic monitoring.

No transparency like airpods, etc… Mic monitoring only - so you can hear yourself talking and can avoid shouting into the headset. So, these will block out any noise around you that isn’t picked up by the microphone, which is generally your voice only, unless you turn off all the noise cancelling on the microphone, which may help.

No. You wont hear a heard of elephants bearing down on you. My wife has nearly given me a heart attack several times standing next to me. The Sennheiser ones do pass through. Wife prefers those and they have a larger ear pocket.
