No, I wasn’t able to fix the issue I had, I decided to take them back and pickup another pair. I believe it was just that pair because the new one I picked up actually work with no issues. I apologize I wasn’t more help,
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.So far I have been able to use the APP on my phone with the Gen 2 for both the PlayStation and Xbox version of the headsets. I did not have issues with Gen 1 versions of the headset with the bluetooth.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Needed a new headset and purchased these on release date. Have used them for about 5 hours and have had no issues. Sound is excellent, faint noises come through on this headset the best I’ve ever experienced. Upon powering on, Xbox turns on and the headset connects automatically to the game system and Bluetooth to cell phone which is apple. When using for gaming and then receiving a call, the game sounds go faint and can easily have a conversation via the cell phone! Works great, crystal clear sound when using mic on Bluetooth or gaming! Haven’t used the app as much, but controls on headset work great as well. Happy so far with this purchase!!
