It appears so. They do have Bluetooth capabilities.

Be aware that if also paired to an Xbox console, the headset unit powers up and down with the console. If you turn on the headset, it also turns on the Xbox. If you power down the console, so too will the headset. Unless you also want your Xbox running while on your phone ( or if you're using your phone away from your home ) you would have to unlink the headset from the Xbox in order to use it with your phone alone.
