Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to update the headset using a computer, and don’t forget to plug in the cord to the computer usb. You will have to download the turtle beach program that is on their website. After you launch it, a prompt will come up to update your headset. Once done, you can then connect it to your Xbox.
