“I have a Samsung HDTV & a Sony Blu-Ray both purchased at Best Buy. When I use the Blu-ray to watch Netflix, YouTube, etc. the voices aren't calibrated to what is on screen. (visual ahead of voice). Do I have to pay $250 for calibration?????”

• No. That's a lip sync issue. There's usually delays you can mess with in settings to try and fix this. Try the Blu-ray player settings first. Adding or subtracting milliseconds at a time you should be able to compensate for the delay.

• No this service only calibrates the picture colors. It does nothing for sound. Try a better HDMI cable perhaps
