No, the TV height mount is not adjustable.

There's a bit of adjustment with all mounts like this. The TV mounts to 2 vertical bars that have multiple holes in them. Depending on which holes you use, the TV will sit higher or lower once the bars are attached to the stand. However, it's probably only a difference of about 12" and not all the hole positions will work with every TV.
