• The actual length of the 400 light cluster string is about 34 feet, of which approximately 23 feet contains lights.

• I just measured mine (the 400 light version) and there are two 200 light strands with a common plug in the middle. Each strand is about 62 feet, the first 8.5 feet of which has no lights. So, with the two strands the total length is about 124 feet, with about 107 feet of it having lights. Also, 107 feet is about 32 meters. I think the first person who answered mistook feet for meters.
