Hi! sure you can adjust the brightness using the Twinkly App control panel and regarding the last question the product TWS600STP is the same as inside the bundle, a 600 led rgb string.

Looks like this would be a better deal with the dongle, a cheaper price currently, and it's available. TWS600STP is not, at least not at my store. I have this, but I have not set up the dongle. I am using the lights only and it's amazing. I hope this helps.

I'm just going to give you general information that might cover it, my apologies if it doesn't. All of the Twinkly lights are dimmable. The major differences between them really is the RGB+W special edition ones and the regular RGB ones. These two types use different elements to generate white light. the problem with this if you put these two different types side by side they're mechanically unable to have matching colors with the other type. at first it doesn't seem like a big deal, but when you cant get that one tree to match all the other trees .... its very frustrating. personally I decided to go all RGB only because they're much more widely available. As far as the 600STP, that 600 number is the number of lights in the strings. 150, 250, 400, whatever the case may be,
